Ингредиенты

1 lb Fresh mushrooms
10 bn Green onions
1 c. Butter or possibly margarine-2 sticks
12 c. Coarse soft white-bread
Â Â Crumbs (24 slices)
1 tsp Salt

Инструкции

1. Wash mushrooms and trim; chop caps and stems. (There will be about 51/2 c..)
2. Trim onions and slice. (There will be about 6 c..)
3. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter in a large frying pan 10 min,or possibly just till wilted. Pour over bread crumbs in a large bowl; sprinklewith salt; toss lightly till proportionately moist.
Makes approximately 10 c. or possibly sufficient to stuff a 12-lb. bird.
