- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb fresh cleaned sliced mushrooms
- black pepper and red to taste
- salt to taste
- Marsala wine
- 1 cup Ricotta
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 pound Penne pasta or any kind you like
- In a bowl mix 1 cup of Ricotta cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese mixed together
