Ингредиенты

1 Tbsp. Butter
1 lb Mushrooms
3 clv garlic
1 tsp Basil
6 ounce Cream cheese
3/4 c. Lowfat milk
12 ounce Pasta

Инструкции

Heat butter in 10-12 inch frying pan over medium high heat. Add in mushrooms, garlic and basil; stir often till all liquid has evaporated and mushrooms begin to brown, 10-12 min. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir till cheese melts and sauce begins to boil gently.
