  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 lb Mushrooms
  • 3 clv garlic
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 6 ounce Cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 12 ounce Pasta

Инструкции

  1. Heat butter in 10-12 inch frying pan over medium high heat. Add in mushrooms, garlic and basil; stir often till all liquid has evaporated and mushrooms begin to brown, 10-12 min. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir till cheese melts and sauce begins to boil gently.
