- 2 lb Chicken thighs -- or possibly
- Â Â Drumsticks(8 pieces)
- 1 med Onion -- minced (about 1 C)
- 1 can (28oz)
- Â Â Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Dry parsley -- (flakes)
- 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 can White beans -- (cannellini)
- Â Â Liquid removed
- Â Â Tomatoes -- (whole),
Инструкции
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Brown the chicken for 10 min on each side. Add in the onion and saute/fry for about 2 min; drain excess liquid. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add in to the chicken. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 min, till the chicken is tender and cooked through.
