- 8 ounce Monk fish
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 x Lemon juice only
- 1/2 c. Seasoned flour
- 1 pch Seasoning salt
- 1/4 c. White wine, (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Fresh minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Инструкции
- Cut monk fish into 4 pcs. Dredge in seasoned flour. Saute/fry in 2 Tbsp. butter. Cook 1 minute on each side. Remove. Add in white wine, lemon, parsley and reduce by half. Shake 2 Tbsp. butter into pan and serve over fish.
