Mom's Wagon Wheel Pasta and Peas

I can't believe this - Wagon Wheels with a tomato sauce was my favorite meal growing up in Queens. My grandmother used to make it for me - and what did I always do? Mix my peas in with it! I have not thought of this in years. I'm going to make it maybe even tonight! But I'm going to just use some fresh tomatoes I have with some basil, Italian turkey sausag and herbs - since I'm trying to cut back on my carbs; and store it in small containers that I can freeze for a quick fix when I want one!
