- 1 pound lean grnd pork or possibly 1/2 veal and pork
- 1 c. water with beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Healthy pinch of cloves
- Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp. celery leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/8 teaspoon maze

- Brown pork in skillet; drain off fat. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 30 min. If it looks sloppy add in more bread crumbs.
- Line 9 inch pie shell with crust put meat in and top with crust. Add in slits in top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min.
