Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound lean grnd pork or possibly 1/2 veal and pork
  • 1 c. water with beef bouillon
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • Healthy pinch of cloves
  • Healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp. celery leaves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/8 teaspoon maze

Инструкции

  1. Brown pork in skillet; drain off fat. Add in remaining ingredients. Simmer, covered for 30 min. If it looks sloppy add in more bread crumbs.
  2. Line 9 inch pie shell with crust put meat in and top with crust. Add in slits in top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min.
