- 1 tsp oil
- 1 c. minced onion
- 8 ounce grnd turkey (8 to 12),or possibly chicken
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 c. frzn minced broccoli Or possibly
- Â Â equivalent minced fresh parboiled
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp allspice
- 2 c. pasta shells, cooked
- 2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese or possibly Fat Free pamesan

- Heat oven to 350 F. Have a large 3 qt casserole ready. Heat oil in largenonstick skillet. Stir in onion and grnd turkey, breaking up any chunks with wooden spoon. Cook for 4-5 mins. till turkey is opaque and onion crisp-tender. Stir in soup, broccoli, Worcestershire sauce and allspice.
- Cookfor 3-4 mins. till broccoli is thawed. Spread 2-3 Tablespoons turkey-vegetble saucein bottom of casserole. Cover with a layers with 1/2 of pasta, 1/2 of cottagecheese, 1/2 of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 of remaining sauce. Repeat layers.
- Bake for 35-40 mins. at 350 F. till warm and bubbly.
