This is a basic banana bread recipe but its great! I figure if it's not broken, don't fix it, right?

  1. Combine the sugar and butter (softened) and blend well
  2. Add the eggs one at a time
  3. Add flour 1/2 Cup at a time along with baking soda
  4. Add the mashed bananas to the mix and mix well
  5. Optional: Chocolate Chips, chopped nuts (1/2 Cup)
  6. Place the mixture evenly between 2 greased loaf pans and bake for approximately 50 minutes at 350 degrees

    This was so easy. I used White chocolate chips, they melt away and add that extra secret ingredient that no one will ever know, unless you tell them. Very moist! Keep a cold glass of milk close by!
