- 8 slc bacon. cooked and crumbled
- 1 x (28 ounce.) can pork and beans
- 1 x -15 1/2 ounce can chili beans, undrained
- 3/4 c. onion, finely minced
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 x -8 ounce can enchilada sauce
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- Combine all ingredients except cheese; mix gently. Place in a greased 2 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 475 F for 15 min. Reduce heat to 375 F; bake for 30 min, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 15 min longer. 8-10 srv
