  2. 1. In 1 bowl, crush chocolate wafers into fine crumbs. Add in melted butter. Mix till crumbly.2. Pat onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan, reserving some for topping.
  3. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min.
  4. 4. In a small saucepan, put together marshmallows and lowfat milk. Heat slowly, stirring frequently, till marshmallows heat and mix is smooth and creamy.
  5. 5. In a bowl, put together bourbon and creme de menthe. Stir half into marshmallow mix. Cool.
  6. 6. Whip cream. Mix in remaining liquor and food coloring, if used. Fold marshmallow mix into whippe dcream.
  7. 7. Put into crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hrs till filling is hard.
  8. 8. Sprinkle reserved crumbs and shaved chocolate, if used, on top of pie. Garnish with mint and strawberries.
