- Preparation time: 30 min. Chilling time: 3 to 4 hrs. Baking time: 8 min at 375 degrees. Serves: 9. (One 9-inch pie.)
- In 1 bowl, crush chocolate wafers into fine crumbs. Add in melted butter. Mix till crumbly.2. Pat onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan, reserving some for topping.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min.
- In a small saucepan, put together marshmallows and lowfat milk. Heat slowly, stirring frequently, till marshmallows heat and mix is smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, put together bourbon and creme de menthe. Stir half into marshmallow mix. Cool.
- Whip cream. Mix in remaining liquor and food coloring, if used. Fold marshmallow mix into whippe dcream.
- Put into crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hrs till filling is hard.
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs and shaved chocolate, if used, on top of pie. Garnish with mint and strawberries.
