- 1/2 c. California pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced carrot
- 1 c. (8 ounce.) Wishbone Italian dressing
- 1 jar (3 ounce.) Hormel bacon bits

- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Just before serving, toss with bacon. Makes about 8 servings.
