- 1 pkt frzn vegetables, (10 ounce.)
- 1 c. Minute Rice
- 1 c. cooked meat or possibly poultry, diced
- 1 can condensed cream soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cheese, grated
- 1 med onion, minced

- Place vegetables in a 1 1/2-qt baking dish. Cook on high power for 2 min to partially thaw. Stir in rice, meat, soup lowfat milk, half the cheese, and the onion. Cook 6 min. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cook 5 min more.
