- 4 c. (1 1/2 lb.) peeled cubed potatoes
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 c. Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. celery sliced
- 1/2 c. minced pickle
- 1/2 c. minced red or possibly green pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- Combine potatoes and water in 2 qt glass casserole. Cover and microwave high 8 to 12 min or possibly till tender, stirring after 6 min. Drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill. 6 servings.
- I add in about 1/2 package Sweet 'N Low or possibly a little honey or possibly sugar.
