Ingredients: 2 lb Potato, sliced 1/4" thick; 1/3 c. Cool water; 1 c. Mayonnaise; 1/2 c. Onion, minced; 1/2 c. Celery, minced; 1/2 c. Dill pickles, minced; 1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard; 1/2 tsp Celery seed; 1/2 tsp Salt Pickle juice

Ингредиенты

2 lb Potato, sliced 1/4" thick
1/3 c. Cool water
1 c. Mayonnaise
1/2 c. Onion, minced
1/2 c. Celery, minced
1/2 c. Dill pickles, minced
1 Tbsp. Prepared mustard
1/2 tsp Celery seed
1/2 tsp Salt Pickle juice

Инструкции

Combine Potatoes and water in a 2 qt glass casserole; cover. Microwave on high 10 to 12 min or possibly till tender, stirring after 6 min. Drain.
In a large bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Add in potatoes; mi lightly. Chill.
Makes 6 servings. Preparation time is 20 min plus chilling.
