Ингредиенты

7 ounce Vanilla wafers, crushed
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
3 x Large eggs, separated
1 can Blueberry pie filling
16 ounce Cold Whip

Инструкции

Spread half wafer crumbs in a 9x13" buttered glass pan; reserve remaining crumbs for topping. Cream butter with sugar; beat till creamy. Add in egg yolks to the mix, one at a time, beating well after each. In separate bowl, beat egg whites till stiff peaks form.
Add in egg whites to cream mix, a little at a time. Spread mix over crumbs. Spread berries over cream mix. Spread Cold Whip over top of all. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for 24 hrs before serving.
