- Oil or possibly butter
- Chicken, 5 to 6 ounce. per person
- Broccoli, 4 ounce. per person
- Ziti, 2 ounce. per person
- 1 lemon
- Grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- Garlic pwdr
- Pepper (white preferable)
- Dry white wine
- Parsley
Инструкции
- Cut up chicken (boneless breast) to bite-size pcs. Cut up broccoli also (if fresh, cook first). Cook ziti almost to finish.
- Heat oil and butter in large skillet. Add in chicken and season with garlic and pepper. Add in broccoli and ziti. Add in cheese. Cut up lemon into wedges, squeeze juice onto chicken, then add in wedges. Add in 2/3 ounce. wine. Cover and reduce heat. Cook for 5-10 min. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
