- 2 c. cake flour
- 6 tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. pecans, minced

- Cream butter, add in vanilla, add in sifted flour and sugar and nuts. Mix and roll into balls the size of walnuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 min at 350 degrees. Roll in confectioners sugar while still hot.
