- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pcs
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. commercial Russian salad dressing
- 3 c. corn chips, broken
Инструкции
- Place lettuce in large bowl; top with beans, tomatoes and onions. Add in salt and pepper and cheese. Just before serving, add in dressing and chips. Toss to combine.
