- 1 pound roast or possibly pork steak, boil and pull apart
- 2 lg. onions, sliced
- 2 peeled tomatoes
- 2 sm. chilies chipotles (canned)
- Piece of axiote (spice-red)
Инструкции
- Fry onion in 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil. Add in meat. In blender put tomatoes, chilies and axiote; blend well. Add in to meat mix. Salt to taste. Let simmer. Serve on corn shell with lowfat sour cream, refried beans, minced up cabbage or possibly lettuce, topped with cheddar cheese or possibly avocado.
