- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 to 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. pecans, minced
Инструкции
- Mix first 6 ingredients till crumbly. Reserve one c. for topping. Add in remaining ingredients except for butter and pecans and beat 4 min. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Add in topping and pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Remove and drizzle melted butter over top. Cook 10 min longer. Serve hot or possibly cooled.
