- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 4 lg. chicken breasts
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 med. pkg. Doritos
- 1 c. cheese, grated

- Boil chicken breasts; reserve 1 c. broth. Debone and cut into bite-size pcs. Mix soups, Rotel, chicken broth and onion; can marinate overnight to blend flavors. In a large casserole dish, layer Doritos, soup, chicken, soup and Doritos. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
