- 2 Tbsp. flat parsley minced
- 2 Tbsp. oregano minced
- 2 Tbsp. coriander minced
- 4 clv garlic peeled and minced
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed (dry) chillies
- 4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 900 gm merguez sausages
Инструкции
- Combine everything (apart from the sausages) and season to taste.
- Allow to stand for at least an hour.
- Cook the merguez on the barbecue for 15 to 20 min turning till done.
- Serve warm with chimichurri.
