- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1/2 lb bulk sausage meat I like spicy so I would use chorizo or possibly warm Italian
- 1 jar salsa (1 ounce.) (1 to 8)
- 1 x block processed cheese (2 lb.) cubed such as Velveeta
- 2 x green onions sliced
- 1 Tbsp. taco seasoning optional

- Heat a skillet and brown the meats, crumbling them up well as they cook. Drain off the fat, and then add in the green onion. and saute/fry for 3 min. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the remaining ingredients. Cook and stir to heat through and heat the cheese. Serve hot with nacho, tortilla or possibly corn chips.
