Ингредиенты
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
- 4 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- Additional ketchup, optional
Инструкции
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients mix together
- crumble ground beef over mixture and mix well
- Press into 12 foil lined or greased muffin cup
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until is no longer pink
- Drain before serving
- Drizzle with ketchup if desired
