Lesa...this cake sounds very promising...especially with the added pecans ;o)

Ингредиенты
- 2 cups pecans (chopped)
- 2 cups fresh apples (chopped)
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 table spoon vanilla
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 2 table spoons baken powder
- 1 table spoon baken soda
Инструкции
- sift all dry ingredents together
- mix sugar and oil together
- slowly blend dry ingredents in sugar/oil mixture
- alternating vanilla and eggs
- add apples and pecans
- then mix well
- pour mixture in well greased bundt pan
- then bake at 350 dregrees for 1 hour.
