Ingredients: 2 lb Grnd chuck; 1/2 c. Minced onion Salt and pepper; 2 lb Frzn french fries; 1 can Cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 can Water; 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Ингредиенты

2 lb Grnd chuck
1/2 c. Minced onion Salt and pepper
2 lb Frzn french fries
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

Mix grnd chuck and onion. Shape into meatballs. Brown in warm oil. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole.
In a bowl, mix soup, water and worcestershire. Pour over meatballs. Top with frzn french fries.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till french fries are brown.
