Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Grnd chuck
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion Salt and pepper
  • 2 lb Frzn french fries
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Инструкции

  1. Mix grnd chuck and onion. Shape into meatballs. Brown in warm oil. Place in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole.
  2. In a bowl, mix soup, water and worcestershire. Pour over meatballs. Top with frzn french fries.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 min or possibly till french fries are brown.
