- 6 med. sweet potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2-4 T orange juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c.butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Small marshmallows
- Pecans

- 1. Cook, drain, peel and cut sweet potatoes.2. Mash, mix butter with mixer.
- 3. Add in orange peel, juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- 4. Pour into casserole, top with small marshmallows and nuts.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
