Ингредиенты

  • 6 med. sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 2-4 T orange juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c.butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Small marshmallows
  • Pecans

Инструкции

  1. Cook, drain, peel and cut sweet potatoes.2. Mash, mix butter with mixer.
  2. Add in orange peel, juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into casserole, top with small marshmallows and nuts.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees till brown.
