Ingredients: 7 lb Green Tomatoes; 1 c. Pickling Lime (I use Ball brand, found at Walmart); 5 lb sugar; 3 pt vinegar (white); 1 tsp Allspice; 1 tsp Cloves Black mace (I do not use this, it's the only recipe I have using this spice) Fresh ginger (about 1-2 inches, sliced); 5 stk cinnamon; 1 tsp Celery seed
