- 1 can crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
- 1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
- 1/2 of 9 ounce. pkg. La Creme
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- Minced pecans

- Heat marshmallows in pineapple juice; add in Jello and cold. Mix La Creme and lowfat sour cream. Add in pineapple and nuts. Stir in juice mix. Mix well and chill.
