- 2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grnd pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 28 ounce. can Italian tomatoes (juice and all)
- Sliced black olives or possibly green olives
- Sliced mushrooms

- Brown garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Crush tomatoes and add in to oil. Add in juice and all remaining ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
