Ингредиенты
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (or possibly better yet, magi, if you can get it there)
- 1/3 c. veg. oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr or possibly 1 crushed clove
- 1 tsp Dill mix together

- Brown the chops in a pan. Pour the entire amount over the chops and put a lid on them, simmering on med-low heat till they are cooked through. Very flavorful, and totally disguises the taste of the venison for those who do not care for it and are married to an avid hunter.
