- 16 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 2 C shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
- 2 T grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 Pkg uncooked manicotti shells
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 1 jar (26 oz) Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 C Water
Инструкции
- Combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs and garlic in large bowl; mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff mixture inot uncooked manicotti shells using rubber spatula. Place filled shells in 13X9 baking dish. Preheat oven to 375.
- Cook ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat until no longer pink, stirring to seperate. Drain off excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and water (mixture will be thin) Pour sauce over manicotti shells.
- Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour or until sauce is thick and shells are tender.
