- 1 x Ripe mango, peeled and finely diced
- 2 x Roasted chillies, finely diced Half a medium red onion Salt and pepper

- Combine the creme fraiche, mango, chille and onion. Season to taste.
- Chill up to 1 day.
- Makes about 375ml.
