- 1 lg. Romaine
- 1/2 head Radicchio
- 2 c. cooked turkey
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Инструкции
- Tear Romaine and Radicchio into small pcs. Place in large salad bowl and add in turkey, red onion and mandarin oranges and toss. In a large jar combine the orange juice, vinegar, poppy seeds, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously to mix well. Pour over salad. Toss well to coat all greens. Serve immediately.
