Ингредиенты
- 1/4 c. minced green peppers
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and liquid removed (7 ounce.)
Инструкции
- Saute/fry vegetables in butter. Bake at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to low. Add in cheese and lowfat milk, stir till cheese is melted. Stir in macaroni. Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Serves 6.
