Рецепт Mac and Triple Cheese
This is another pasta recipe that we love to make and love to eat. I got this from Hunt's.
Ингредиенты
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 pc onion, chopped
- 1.2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 4 cups of fresh milk
- 1 tbsp of whole peppercorns
- 1 pack of Hunt's Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti Sauce (1Kg)
- 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
- 500 grams of elbow macaroni, cooked
Инструкции

In a heavy saucepan, melt butter then add the onions and saute until wilted.

Add flour then cook over low heat until it thickens. Whisk in fresh milk and whole peppercorns. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Mix in Hunt's Parmesan Cheese Spaghetti Sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes more or until sauce has thickened, and then add parmesan and cheddar cheese.

Stir well until all the cheese has melted. Reserve some sauce for topping. Toss the elbow macaroni into the sauce and spoon into baking casserole.
5.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top turns brown.
