- 3 med. leeks
- 1 med. onion
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled
- 4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chives or possibly watercress for garnish
Инструкции
- Slice and quarter onion and saute/fry in butter. Add in potatoes and chicken broth and simmer, covered for 15 min or possibly till tender. Put in blender for 1 minute, add in cream and seasoning to taste. Refrigeratein refrigerator. Serves 6.
