- 2 lb Small white onions
- 1 x Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb Kale or possibly mustard or possibly other gre
- 1 x , washed and roughly
- 1 x Minced
- 1 tsp Butter or possibly vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour, (2 to 3)
- 1 c. Low- or possibly nonfat lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Dry rosemary, crumbled or possibly
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh Freshly grated black pepper

- Peel onions and place in bottomof large saucepan or possibly skillet coated with cooking spray. Cook 3 min, stirring, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 5 - 10 min. Add in greens; cover and simmer in their own juices till just tender. Drain. Heat butter in small saucepan. Gradually add in flour; cook about 1 minute.
- Stirring constantly, add in lowfat milk gradually; continue stirring till thickened.
- Stir in rosemary, Worcestershire and pepper. Pour sauce over greens and onions; gently blend.
- Yield: 6 servings.
