- 2 egg whites
- 2 c. non-fat lowfat milk
- 1 pack nutra sweet
- 1 lg. grated apple
- 4-5 cubed whole wheat hamburger buns
- 1/2 c. dates, minced

- Mix first 3 ingredients. Add in the apple, cubed bread and dates. Spray 8 x 8 inch baking pan with Pam and place bread mix in it. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutra sweet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 min.Variation: For apple, 2 mashed bananas may be substituted. Instead of dates, any kind of dry fruit or possibly raisins or possibly nuts may be used. Put frzn yogurt or possibly low cal ice lowfat milk on top and enjoy.
