- 3 c. fresh or possibly frzn fruits and vegetables
- 1 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (to 2)
- 2 Tbsp. liqueur
- 1/4 c. simple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. lime, lemon or possibly orange juice plus
- 1 tsp lime, lemon or possibly orange juice Lollipop molds and sticks (available at craft and party stores)

- Prepare a simple syrup; 2 parts sugar and 1 part water. Cook to clear and cold.
- Clean, peel, skin and dice any fruits and/or possibly veggies to be used.
- Measure all ingredients into the food processor with the cutting blade in place. Pulse blend to make puree. Strain to remove any seeds and fibers.
- Arrange molds with sticks and fill with 1 Tbsp. of the mix. Be sure to prop up the sticks while freezing so they are firmly in the center of the lollipop.
- Freeze at least four hrs or possibly till fully hardened before serving.
- This recipe yields 20 servings.
