- 1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
- 1 x fresh jalapeno chili rinsed, stemmed, with seeds removed
- 1 x garlic clove peeled
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro - (lightly packed)
- 1/4 tsp pepper Salt to taste
