Ингредиенты
- 1 pkt lime-flavored gelatin - (3 ounce)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 can undrained crushed pineapple - (20 ounce)
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip
- 1 jar maraschino cherries - (6 ounce) liquid removed
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows

- Place the gelatin in a bowl, add in the boiling water and stir till dissolved, 1 to 2 min. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/2 c. of the syrup. Add in which syrup to the gelatin. Refrigeratetill thickened but not set, about 1 hour.
- Mix in the pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped cream, cherries, pecans and marshmallows. Pour into a 5-c. mold. Refrigeratetill set, at least 4 hrs. Unmold onto a plate.
- This recipe yields 9 servings.
