- 1 x 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 tsp Liquid removed horseradish
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. Finely minced dry beef
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
- 1 lrg Head iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 c. Pitted ripe olives,slivered

- Beat cream cheese, lowfat milk, horseradish and salt in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed till well mixed. Beat in green pepper, dry beef and onion at low speed. Cut lettuce into 4 wedges; arrange on platter.
- Spoon dressing over lettuce; garnish with olives.
- Yield 4 servings.
