- I've made this twice so far and find it easiest if you cook the rice and lentils separately otherwise you end up with mushy lentils (yuck)
- 1 cup Lentils, cooked
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 Tbs oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ground coriander
